       In line with the Moral Recovery Program decreed under Presidential Proclamation No. 62, Mayor Susan Pagador-Casareno issued Letter Circular No. 1-S13 enjoining all municipal department heads and Sangguniang Bayan Members 

Proper Arrangement in The Flag Ceremony

Aside from enjoining everybody to attend and host the traditional flag ceremony every Mondays, Mayor Susan has instructed all Municipal Department Heads to advise their respective subordinates to attend to and observe proper arrangement in the said solemn activity.

True to the substance of her campaign platform to implement her Ten-Point Agenda, one of which is the promotion of health care services, Rosales Mayor Susan Pagador-Casareno has started renovation work on the dilapidating Rosales Municipal Infirmary Unit.

Dengue Threat

          Dengue outbreak started in Barangay Cabalaoangan Norte and spread to various barangays adjacent to it, with scores of children, who are more vulnerable to the disease, were brought to various hospital and clinics for treatment.
