Rosales Mayor Susan Pagador – Casareno, last October 25, 2013 delivered her Ulat sa Bayan (100 Days Accomplishment Report) to the people of Rosales, held at the RBE Memorial Stadium and was witnessed by Rosalenians From all walks of life.
In attendance during the momentous occasion
includes officials of national agencies stationed in Rosales, educators,
businessmen, students, farmers, indigent sectors – all exhibiting their
positive reaction to the mayor’s competence and dedication and gentleness in
public service.
She calls her pet project modest accomplishments
being just four months in office but considered them had already made an uplifting impact in the living conditions
of her townspeople.
Mayora
Susan would like to insist that inspite of the municipality being saddled with
financial shortage, resources acutely depleted by the previous administration
due to misuse and mismanagement, the good Mayor skillfully managed to make
headways in transforming to the better various life-sustaining basic services.
She
has done her best efforts in addressing concerns for healthcare services,
glaring testimony to this is the establishment of the Rosales Infirmary Unit.
The infirmary is a level 1 health facility which is prerequisite to setting up
a Rosales Community Hospital or a
District Hospital - apriority in the
overall agenda of Mayor Susan – people’s accessibility to low cost emergency
healthcare and hospitalization. Employment-wise, it would be a plus factor in
the sense that added doctors and nurses, midwives, other medical personnel and
maintenance, utility workers are needed in the hospital
Talking
of scholarship program, Mayora Susan last October 27, 2013, has enjoined all
the municipal scholars to converge in one or two targeted areas for
tree-planting activity and off they all went as part of their civic duty to
preserve the environment.
