Elected officials of ROSALES, NATIVIDAD and SAN NICOLAS, Together with the icon of leadership of all time Hon. Conrad M. Estrella III, Abono Partylist representative and the darling of the masses Congresswomen Marlyn Premicias Agabas took their oath of office in an inaugural program / oath taking ceremony held last June 30, 2013 at the ROBERT B. ESTRELLA SR. Memorial Stadium, Rosales Pangasinan.
Before the inaugural program started, Parish Priest Revered Father Cirilo Mayugba of St. Anthony de Padua Parish, Rosales Pangasinan. Delivered a solemn but stirring prayer calling on all sides of the political spectrum to bury into oblivion by the just concluded electoral exercise and enjoined the town people to unite and cooperate with the new leadership in bringing about better changes beneficial to the people’s welfare.
Susan Pagador Casareno, municipal mayor elect and her Vice Mayor elect Harry B. Bernabe individually took their oath before Congresswomen Primicias Agabas while their councilor elect, namely, Romulo F. Tagalicud, Enrique S. Cosue Jr., Jimlo R. Oligario, Antonio P. Muya, Manolo Quiambao, Romeo L. Sim, Reynaldo C. Oligan Sr., and Leon C. Licudo Jr., took their town in a group of four. Hon. Arnulfo Q. Dominguez, the now Liga President Successor singly took his oath before the congresswomen.
Mayor - elect Susan Pagador Casareno after the oath delivered her inaugural address to the excited audience, a great through of about 5 thousand people who filled to the rafters, to speak, the Rosales Stadium, elaborated on her 10- point Agenda on platform of governance her - honest to - goodness Social Contract With The People of Rosales.
The whole affair was then capped by the usual ebullience presence, serious and humorous style, icon of an effective and remarkable leader, in the person of Conrad Estrella III who delivered his piece of the action in the form and substance of the famous grandfather, Lakay Condring, following in his footstep as a great statesman. Sir Conrad fatherly advised the newly minted, newly elected municipal leaders to sense with at most honesty and integrity.
