In
line with the Moral Recovery Program decreed under Presidential Proclamation
No. 62, Mayor Susan Pagador-Casareno issued Letter Circular No. 1-S13 enjoining
all municipal department heads and Sangguniang Bayan Members to attend a
30-minuite lecture on values formation to be held right after Flag Raising
Ceremonies at The Presidencia Conference Hall.
A kick-off
lecture that marks a series of intermittent lectures to strengthen the moral fiber of the municipal
officers was conducted last September 2, 2013 right after the flag raising
ceremony under the auspices of the ASSOCIATION OF ROSALES MINISTRIES, INC. headed
by Rev. Pastor Augusto A. Kho and Vic P. Disono.##
